Order Confirmation & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order for the given date/time (unless specified otherwise). Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining owed must be transferred within 5-10 business days before pick up, or cash on pick up. Full payment is also able to be paid upfront. If the order is being confirmed within 10 business days, full amount must be paid.
Cancellations
Cancelling you order will result in the loss of deposit paid. If the cancellation is made within the 10 business days before order date, the full order payment is non-refundable. To postpone to a different date, a minimum of 10 business days notice is required, you are not guaranteed to be able to book for the new date. There can be no changes to your postponed order details.
Pick up & Delivery
Pick up is from the TCCS address. Please bring someone with you to pick up cake orders. I always recommend having someone hold the cake for the journey. Pick up times are allocated with 15 minute strict time slots. Please be on time for your pick up as there are often other pick ups/deliveries organised before & after. Delivery is available depending on other orders on the same day & distance to the location. Delivery times are generally half hour time slots, these are estimated times and we will be in contact with you on the day to give a more accurate time. Delivery is always recommended for wedding cakes, multi-tier cakes and tall cakes.
Damages
At TCCS we will assist in ensuring your cake is in great condition and stored appropriately before pick up. We will also provide you with care instructions for your order. We take no responsibility for damages made after pick up or delivery.
Design
We want to get your custom cake creation as you have envisioned for your special event. Please feel free to send through images of a cake similar to what you would like. However these will only be used as inspiration and I cannot replicate others or my previous work. This also means all cakes are uniquely made for you!
Allergies
Gluten free, dairy free & vegan cupcake options are offered at TCCS. We do understand the importance of allergies and only suitable ingredients will be used in your cupcakes. However we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination or traces of other non-suitable ingredients in our products. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
Please also be advised that we are NOT a nut free, gluten free or vegan kitchen.
For all serious allergies I do NOT recommend ordering from TCCS.
